How To Drop Your Order?
1. Select from the categories on the left side bar and follow navigation cues until you locate the product you are interested in.
2. When you find a product you are interested in, click on the product picture or info icon to go to the product detail page.
3. When you decide to buy a particular item, choose the type of heel, material, size and quantity of your order, then click on the “Add to Cart" icon to add this item to your shopping cart. (Ref: see image below)
4. You can continue shopping and add more items to your shopping cart or proceed to checkout.
Please Note: All shoes are made-to-order (made for specific sizes and designs chosen by customers), it may take 4 - 7 weeks to complete the order. We do have a limited stock of finished products, and, if your order(s) are in our stock, these shoes can be delivered to you within 7 days (within Malaysia) and 7-21 days (within Oversea). Tiny beads will take 1 - 2 months to complete the order. If you wish to receive your order on a specific date, please send in your request date. We will make every effort to have your order delivered by that date, or, we will contact you if our production schedule is too full to guarantee delivery by the date requested.

Proceed to Checkout
1. Click on the 'Shopping Cart' button on the navigation menu.
2. Click the 'CheckOut' button to complete the purchase. (Ref: see image below)
3. You'll be guided to the next screen, reference please see image below. If you're a returning customer, please login with your previous account detail. To retrieve your password, click on the 'Forgotten Password'. For new customer please click to continue to proceed.
4. Enter your personal details, fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in.
On the register form, make sure this checkbox is checked to agree to the terms and conditions, then continue to complete the registration process.
5. Once registration completed, you'll be sent to Successfully Registered welcome page. You no need to verify your email address when you register a new account.
6. Click 'continue' to proceed, you'll be guided to shopping cart page again. Here click on the 'checkout' button again.
7. Check the shipping address, you can choose to send the item to a different location. Choose your preferred shipping method. You can also enter a remark of your order in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' textbox.
*Remember to check the shipping method checkbox before continue.
8. Next will be Payment Information.
Choose your preferred payment method and click continue to proceed.
9. On the checkout confirmation page we display the ordered items with the shipping address and payment information provided earlier. Make sure you enter the correct information.
***Discount Coupon
If you have discount coupon from us, all you have to do is enter it into the coupon box in your cart when you are checking out.
When you're done, click on the "Confirm Order" button to complete the checkout process.
10. Please go to Account page on the top navigation menu to check for the order history, bank in the order amount to the bank account listed in order history. For inquiry please send us an email to colour.beads@yahoo.com.

Checking The Status of Your Order
Check the status of your order by clicking on "Account", after login.
Non refundable Policy
Items on sale or items in the value range of below $30USD are non-returnable. These items are marked "non-returnable" in the website. COLOURBEADS will not entertain any request for a replacement due to error in sizes. Please make sure you indicate the correct size or measurement when placing your order.
Return Policy (Return Merchandise)
COLOURBEADS.com will only entertain exchanges if the goods ordered are damaged or mishandled due to poor packaging, please inform us within 24 hours period, and return to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving it, we will replace your order.
HOWEVER: WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REQUESTS FOR A REPLACEMENT DUE TO ERROR IN SIZES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INDICATE THE CORRECT SIZES OR MEASUREMENTS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.
